Ingredience: 
  • Pack of pork tenderloin
  • Breading mix
  • Egg
  • Oil for frying
Instructions: 
    1. Beat the egg and season with salt and pepper if desired.
    2. Slice the pork and pound it thinner.
    3. Dip the fillet first into the egg mixture and then into the breading mix
    4. Fry on both sides until golden brown, ensuring the meat is cooked through.
